Your 4-Step Mission to Join UIG:
- Initial Intel: Verify eligibility (last 180 days) and contact us.
- The Letter of Intent: UIG sends you the formal offer letter required by your command.
- Command Approval: Submit your package via the Official SkillBridge Portal.
- Boots on the Ground: Begin your internship and transition directly into a full-time UIG career.

As an authorized DoD SkillBridge partner, UIG allows you to gain civilian work experience during your last 180 days of service while maintaining full military pay and benefits.

The DOW SkillBridge Program name and logo are to be used only by approved SkillBridge partners in conjunction with DOW authorized SkillBridge partner programs.
